All Monster Clutch Co. products are designed and manufactured for performance driving. This said, there are inherent traits that go along with these designs. While we try our best to outline these in the various descriptions and information in this site, it’s always best to contact us directly to ensure you get the correct clutch to meet your expectations.
Every clutch is assembled and tested prior to shipping for lift, release, and plate load. These are the three main features that determine the proper operation of your clutch. Lift is how far and to what ratio the pressure plate pulls away from the disc. Release is how much it pulls away at full stroke of your hydraulic system. And finally, plate load is the amount of force being excerpted on the disc/discs which is a direct correlation to how much power the clutch will hold. We do all of this prior to each unit leaving to ensure that the unit is “ready to go” when you get it in your hands.
Keep in mind that installation of our units must be performed by qualified technicians whenever possible. If not installed, maintained and used in compliance with all applicable instructions and recommendations serious bodily harm, property damage, and even death can occur (after all you’ve got a 40+lbs mass spinning at 6,000+ rpm right next to your feet) – PLEASE DO NOT SKIMP ON INSTALLATION. By purchasing a Monster Clutch Co. product you are agreeing to the understanding of these inherent dangers and accept all risks arising directly or indirectly from any improper installation, maintenance or use of any Monster Clutch Co. product.
Monster Clutch Co. offers a one-year warranty, extending from the date of purchase to the original purchaser only, ensuring its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. If a Monster Clutch product is discovered to be properly installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with all applicable instructions and guidelines, Monster Clutch Co., at its sole discretion, will provide a replacement or repair for the defective product. For all other products including slave cylinders, the warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase for the original purchaser, provided the product is appropriately installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with relevant instructions and guidelines.

Monster Clutch Co. reserves the right in its sole discretion to inspect, evaluate and test the alleged defective product in any way deemed appropriate by Monster Clutch Co., afterwards we will make the final decision as to whether the product in fact is faulty or defective in material or workmanship. This is our exclusive written warranty. We make no other expressed or implied warranties, nor is anyone else authorized to make any expressed or implied warranties on our behalf. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Monster Clutch Co. shall not be held liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential labor costs, installation charges, telephone charges, or transportation charges, in connection with the replacement/repair of any defective Monster Clutch Co. products. Upon discovering an alleged defect that you believe is covered by this warranty, you must immediately contact Monster Clutch Co. in regards to your situation. You may be asked for additional information in the form of images, written word, or any other means – at your expense – to assist you with your potential issue along with proof of the original purchase. It’s no secret that sometimes things come up – whether that’s changing your mind or build, or just not needing what you purchased any longer – we try and make this as pain-free as possible to handle. Below are the policies we have on returns – they’re straightforward and clear cut, however, if you have questions or need more information feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to take care of you!
There is a 30-day return window from the date of the delivery of your order, see below for details –
As stated above, to initiate a return of any kind you must contact our support staff via our Support Center and they will get all of the information necessary and will provide you with an RGA number and return shipping instructions. The RGA number is very important since we will not accept any packages unless they have a clearly marked RGA number on them, if they do not we will decline the package at the shipping dock.
In the event you need to exchange a part for a warranty replacement there are two ways to go about it – slow and quick, see below for details.
Incorrect or Damaged Parts
In the event your order is damaged or items are missing/incorrect it must be reported within seven days. We understand we’re all human and mistakes/accidents happen – if you get parts that are incorrect, defective, or damaged upon initial inspection of your package stop immediately and contact support to get them swapped out – do NOT attempt to use them in that condition as it often times lead to much larger issues and may not be covered under our warranty. There are still two options to handle these exchanges, see the policy above to outline those options.
There will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on all cancellations – this is due to all orders being built to order, there are no exceptions to this rule. You have 30 days from the original date of delivery to return your product, this is outlined above. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to show in your account, if you have any questions on this you may contact support at email@example.com and they’ll be more than happy to go over your inquiries.
All refunds are processed within 72 hours of the request, we ask that customers allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on their accounts – this is due to the processing on the credit/debit card side of things and Monster has no way to speed this up. If you pay with PayPal the refund will be sent to your account minus the transaction fee, these typically show in a 24 hour period. All refunds will be the original purchase price minus a restocking fee of 25% and shipping, if you were given a “free shipping” promotion the flat rate shipping amount of $59.95 will be deducted from your refund.
